The Easy Way to Dispute Items on your Credit Report

Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union do not allow you to dispute items on your credit report over the Internet. Instead, you should do so by mail, and we have an easy form for doing so.

First, you'll need a copy of your credit report, so you can circle the item(s) that you wish to dispute.  

Then, fill-in, print, and mail the Dispute Form that you find here.

If you have more than one disputed item, simply edit the item description. (No need to retype your name and identification information.) Print each disputed item on a different sheet.
